Physical Books
Our physical books are printed on demand by Lulu and Amazon KDP and shipped directly to the customer. Customers are directed to Lulu or Amazon to complete their purchase. Where the choice between a Lulu print and and Amazon print, customers should be aware that the Lulu prints are generally higher quality, but often cost more to ship.
Currency
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). In some cases, the listed price is an approximation. This occurs when the print-on-demand service requires us to set the base price in some other currency.
Damaged Goods
If your order, or some part of your order, arrives damaged, please contact the print-on-demand service with whom you placed your order as soon as possible.
Refunds & Returns
Boulet Publishing cannot accept requests for refunds or returns. All sales are final.
